Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la faible diff\u00e9rence d\u2019altitude et du terrain facile, ce circuit convient \u00e9galement aux d\u00e9butants. L\u2019itin\u00e9raire commence \u00e0 la station sup\u00e9rieure de t\u00e9l\u00e9si\u00e8ge de Seefeld. Apr\u00e8s une courte descente le long de la piste noire, on peut monter les peaux de phoque. Ensuite, la route monte en direction du nord-ouest jusqu\u2019au \u00abSt\u00fcoffmatt\u00bb, qui m\u00e8ne au versant sud-est de l\u2019Altstafelhorn. Ensuite, il reste encore 200\u00a0m de mont\u00e9e pour atteindre le sommet. Habituellement, la deuxi\u00e8me partie est parcourue sur la cr\u00eate, qui est plut\u00f4t large.
