De juin \u00e0 septembre, plus de 70\u00a0vaches laiti\u00e8res se trouvent sur l\u2019alpage de Ginals. Les fromagers d\u2019alpage pr\u00e9parent quotidiennement du s\u00e9rac et du fromage de montagne pour les mettre en vente. Lors d\u2019une visite guid\u00e9e, vous pourrez d\u00e9couvrir de pr\u00e8s la vie d\u2019un fromager alpin et la production de fromage. Depuis Brandalp, il faut environ une heure \u00e0 pied pour atteindre l\u2019alpage, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 1990\u00a0m\u00e8tres. En \u00e9t\u00e9, vous pouvez m\u00eame vous rendre \u00e0 l\u2019alpage en voiture en prenant les chemins de terre. Mais Ginals a beaucoup plus \u00e0 offrir: dans le restaurant de montagne voisin, vous pouvez d\u00e9guster toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s valaisannes et profiter de la vue magnifique sur le panorama montagnard. La charmante chapelle du XIX<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle et sa statue de la Madone de Lourdes vous invitent \u00e0 la contemplation.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis Ginals, les randonneurs peuvent continuer en direction d\u2019Augstbordhorn, de Moosalp via Gebidem ou d\u2019Oberi Eischollalp. Ceux qui veulent retourner au village peuvent descendre les 11\u00a0km avec les \u00abtrottinettes Ginals\u00bb, en \u00e9t\u00e9.
