HIKING TOUR NO. 1
SUSPENSION BRDIGE – HALTSUON CIRCULAR HIKE
The Suspension Bridge – Haltsuon Circular Hike takes you along a typical open waterway in the canton of Valais, also known as a ‘Suon’. It also passes the suspension bridge Milibach.
The circular hike starts at the cable car in Unterbäch and crosses the village to the Suspension Bridge Milibach. On this route, you will encounter some of the works of art on the Sculpture Trail. Then, continue along the old path towards Eischoll. At the most westerly point of the hike, you will walk a short distance along the road towards Unterbäch and return to the hiking trail on the right. For a short stretch, the path follows the babbling Haltsuon waterway and returns through woods and meadows to Unterbäch. Of course, the path can also be taken in the opposite direction.
