SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM
From 2016 to 2018, Unterbäch played host to a top-class sculpture symposium, recognised by the International Sculpture Symposium Alliance (ISSA). Visitors to the symposium watched sculptors at work and saw first-hand how their art is created. The sculptures are on show in Unterbäch for at least two years on the Sculpture Trail.
The sculptures created at the sculpture symposium can be explored on a village trail. QR codes on the sculptures provide information about the artists’ thoughts and motives.
