Guest survey winter 2022
In winter 2022, Unterbäch Tourism and Sportbahnen Unterbäch AG launched a survey to find out how satisfied our guests are. The guest survey could be completed from 28 January 2022 to 31 March 2022. We received a total of 290 responses.
Deskline booking and reservation system
In today’s tourist industry, it’s essential to provide guests with up-to-date information on tourist services and help them book their accommodation online and find out about events and activities.
We work with Deskline, Feratel’s leading information and booking system, to present guests with a clear overview of the available options in our destination and help them make bookings.
Using the booking and reservation system Deskline is absolutely free for all Unterbäch Tourism members. A small commission is charged for successful online bookings to cover the costs incurred. In turn, the owner of the property doesn’t have to deal with collection, contracts and final billing.
