Culinary highlights are guaranteed in the Hotel-Restaurant Alpenhof. It serves delicious meats, Swiss classics, tempting pasta dishes and light vegetarian options in the stunning dining room or cosy lounge. A well-chosen wine list completes the gourmet experience. You can even hire an exclusive events space for larger group, club and family events of 50 people or more.
HOTEL MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT ALPENRÖSLI
Hospitality is the secret that keeps guests coming back to Brandalp. The mountain restaurant Alpenrösli seats 90 in comfortable surroundings and boasts a sunny garden terrace. It serves an impressive, wide selection of fresh and lovingly prepared Valais specialities. A daily changing three-course menu and weekly theme evenings such as a sledging night with a meat fondue or Valais night with raclette and fondue make a visit to the restaurant an unforgettable experience.
MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT GINALS
The mountain restaurant Ginals can be found 2,000 m above sea level. It’s particularly popular for its magnificent view from the large, sunny panoramic terrace. While in winter, the restaurant can only be reached on skis or in snowshoes, in summer, you can climb the Alp by car. Hearty, warming cuisine and a menu of classic Valais dishes is just waiting to be discovered.

The family-run restaurant Walliserhof is well-known as the winner of ‘Mini Beiz – Dini Beiz’. Gourmet lovers can expect local Valais specialities, classic Swiss cuisine and excellent wines.
